No, it's not neccessery. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account.

Do you have a physical shop?

Currently, we only sells online, thus providing you with the widest possible range of products and options.

925 Sterling Silver

Our Silver designs are composed using 925 Sterling Silver - a beautiful durable metal, and a great hypoallergenic jewellery option. Each piece is stamped and hallmarked.

Cubic Zirconia

CZ is a man-made gemstone known for its brilliant sparkle and close resemblance to diamonds. It's created in a lab under controlled conditions, resulting in a flawless and ethically sourced material.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Australian Orders

Standard shipping is free for all orders over $60 within Australia

All orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Standard Shipping: $10.60 or free for orders over $60
Shipping Time: 2-8 business days

Express Shipping: $14.10 on all orders
Shipping Time: 1-4 business days

*Please note that actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasonal periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

If you require your jewellery by a certain date, please email 2stjewllery@gmail.com prior to placing your order and we will do our best to meet your request.

Please make sure you are available to sign for your express shipping order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. All jewellery is sent with tracking. If the tracking information says the parcel has been delivered, 2ST Jewellery is not responsible for any lost packages. If your order is sent back to 2ST Jewellery by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. 2ST Jewellery does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.

 

International Orders

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns Policy

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind. 

We accept returns for faulty items only.

If you encounter any problems with your order, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
